Located in the Shenzhen Science and Technology Park—a high-tech enterprise headquarters in what is regarded as South China’s Silicon Valley—Shenzhen Gemdale Viseen Tower is at the southeast corner of the Nanshan High-Tech Zone. To maximize the social, recreational, and educational opportunities in the area, the development is close to the Dasha River and Sand River Golf Club on the east and Shenzhen University on the west, and the Shekou metro line station is conveniently just a block away. The project features a generous balance of high-density real estate development, as well as urban public space and uses a small-scale façade design strategy intended to reflect the imagery of the unlimited possibilities of innovation.

The project was committed to creating an international flagship comprised of office, ecology, wellness, arts, and culture. In line with the future trends of the green office, intelligent office, and logo office, the project uses cube and box designs to create impressive social and business spaces. The development consists of two super-high-rise class 5A office buildings, a podium office, intelligent office spaces, and a sustainable ecosystem. It offers three types of accommodation offerings for different tenants, including office headquarters, small-medium enterprise offices, and serviced offices. Additionally, to unite nature and community, almost 60 percent of the site consists of park and public space. It was awarded both LEED Gold and WELL Gold designations for its innovative design.
