The development is mixed-use twin towers in Dubai that accommodates the Address Beach Resort, and includes a five star hotel, 443 Address Beach serviced apartments, as well as 478 private residential apartments. The two towers are connected at the base and by a skybridge spanning from floors 63 to 77. The project has an effective built up area which consists of ground floor, two podium levels and two twin towers with a total height of 310m. .. The building is topped by a specialty restaurant, rooftop bar and infinity pool, which in March 2021 set a Guinness World Record for ‘World’s highest infinity pool.’

The Skybridge connecting the top of the two towers set another Guinness World Record for the 'Highest Occupiable Skybridge Floor.' It was constructed by pre-assembling the base of the bridge at lower level and lifting the 500T section vertically nearly 200m between the towers into its final position, using a series of strand jacks. This method not only saved over two months on the project program but also significantly reduced high risk safety activities at height including the installation of the façade soffit before lifting so scaffolding did not have to be hung under the bridge.

The use of strand jacking and ensuring bridge activities are carried out at lower level near ground prior to lifting, demonstrated how safety risks can be significantly reduced. This included the installation of the slab metal decking, steelwork fireproofing and façade soffit. If integrated early enough into the design, the stranding jacking of the bridge and construction planning demonstrates the benefits to the whole project life cycle. The pre-lift activities also meant savings to additional temporary works and the overall project program.
