The Proscenium at Rockwell is a grouping of five residential towers, situated on a 3.6-hectare addition to the 15.5-hectare master-planned Rockwell Center, each tower distinct from each other but harmoniously sited. They are spaced apart with generous building-to-building distance between them to provide residents with ample privacy, while allowing access to natural light and ventilation. Units range from studios to four bedrooms and have balconies with glass railings for full views. At the basement and podium parking floor levels they are linked to ensure a smooth flow of traffic among residents as well as to efficiently distribute its engineering systems and services. While having their own indoor amenities, each tower also has access to the hectare-large amenity deck, with diverse resort-like water features and landscapes such as swimming pools, multi-purpose court, jogging paths, and gardens that consist of native plant species that thrive in the tropical climate.

Sustainable materials and functions were integrated into the overall design. The exterior façade has self-cleaning mosaic tiles, and insulated glass units help regulate temperature and manage noise and heat, and reflective roofs help promote the lowering of the heat island effect. The interiors were populated with low-flush water closets, and the overall drainage design for the development has been engineered to anticipate 100-year flood cycles.
