The 130 Lonsdale tower was designed as a three-dimensional vertical campus, comprising large flexible floorplates ranging from 1700 square meters to 2000 square meters by utilizing a side core. An efficient structural system provides largely column-free floor plates, allowing for flexibility and interconnectivity through voids and stairs, promoting workplace connectivity and productivity. Innovative solutions include laptop-enabled green spaces providing a third working space outdoors and cardless hands-free access throughout for optimal convenience and connectivity. While ground-breaking property technologies within the building ensure the workplaces are future-proofed and ahead of the curve.

130 Lonsdale tower is integrated with Wesley Place’s ground plane retail precinct, where world-class food, beverage and lifestyle offerings deliver convenience, excitement and cultural inspiration to the onsite workforce and local community. Wellbeing was a core objective of the development design, from a state-of-the-art wellness center and hotel-style end-of-trip facilities to leading IEQ initiatives and advanced healthy building features to combat COVID-19. Occupant and community experience was a key point that led the design and the commercial tower offers Australia’s largest workplace experience app and a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to curate onsite activations for occupants and the community to enjoy. 100% was leased some 12 months out from completion, in which tenant customers were attracted by the building’s premium facilities, future-enabled workspaces, exceptional design and onsite amenities. The development has attracted high caliber financial services Australian and international tenants including Telstra Super, Vanguard, Cbus Super, Telstra Super, Australian Super, Australian Financial Complaints Authority and Charter Hall has also relocated its Victorian head office to this flagship development.
