The BMO Tower is a transformational new 50-story office space completed in 2022 and located in Chicago’s West Loop Gate neighborhood. The tower is BMO’s new U.S. Headquarters that will house more than 3,000 employees. The building was designed to incorporate mobility, innovative technology, green features, and thoughtful interiors for tenant well-being. Accessible and fully ADA compliant, the design features touchless wave sensors at entryways, braille and tactile lettering signage, and accessible water filling stations. Sustainably designed to achieve WELL Building Platinum and LEED Gold standards, the building maximizes occupant health, mitigates risk related to harmful environmental factors and is designed to enhance operational efficiency. A public plaza with an open lawn and more intimate green areas fills the site next to the building. Take a tour and learn about the public and private design gestures for urban activation and user productivity.
