What’s included in my registration?
Registration includes access to all core conference tracks and sessions, including opening and closing plenary sessions, plus breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch on Tuesday, 24 September, and Wednesday, 25 September. You can add events such as the opening reception, pre-conference workshops, awards ceremony & dinner, off-site programs, and Paris regional program. These events have an additional cost.
How do I add programs to my existing registration?
You can always register for add-on programs after you’ve purchased your core conference ticket. Simply follow the steps below. If you need additional assistance, we are also happy to help you…just email us.
To add programs to your registration:
- Log into your my.ctbuh.org account here.
- Then click the “Manage Registration” button in the upper right corner.
- Select “Purchase new sessions” by hovering over the three dots (…) next to your name.
- Scroll down to the program(s) you’d like to add and click “Add” to your desired selections.
- Scroll back to the top to “Continue” to checkout.
Can I register for the workshops and/or Paris regional program only?
Yes, registration for workshops and the Paris regional program can be purchased without a core conference ticket.
Can I register for tours and/or networking events only?
No, the off-site programs and networking events are only available to those attending the core conference. For the awards ceremony & dinner, guests at a sponsored table do not have to be registered for the core conference, but individual tickets can only be purchased with a core registration.
Are one-day passes available?
Unfortunately, we are not selling one-day passes to the conference.
What is the cancellation policy?

How can I get involved in conference planning?
There are two important committees that work to make this conference a success: the Conference Steering Committee and the Expert Peer Review Committee. If you are interested in getting involved in a committee, please contact [email protected].
What is the COVID-19 policy for the conference?
The COVID-19 policy for the CTBUH 2024 International Conference adheres to guidelines established by local health authorities in the United Kingdom and France. We know that individuals have different health conditions and comfort levels and ask you to act responsibly and respectfully in accordance with your choice.
