Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register?
Registration for the CTBUH 2025 International Conference is now open and can be accessed here.
What’s included in my registration?
Registration includes access to all core conference tracks and sessions including opening and closing plenary sessions, workshops, plus breakfast and lunch on core conference days. You can add events such as the opening networking reception, awards ceremony & dinner, and off-site tours. These events have an additional cost.
Please note that while included in the core ticket, attendees must register for workshops in advance as space is limited. Access to a workshop is not guaranteed and we recommend you register early to ensure your place.
How do I add programs to my existing registration?
You can always register for add-on programs after you’ve purchased your core conference ticket. Simply follow the steps below. If you need additional assistance, we are also happy to help you…just email us.
To add programs to your registration:
- Log into your my.ctbuh.org account here.
- Then click the “Manage Registration” button in the upper right corner.
- Select “Purchase new sessions” by hovering over the three dots (…) next to your name.
- Scroll down to the program(s) you’d like to add and click “Add” to your desired selections.
Scroll back to the top to “Continue” to checkout.
Can I register only for tours or the networking events?
No. Due to limited capacity, add-on programs are reserved for core conference attendees only. You’ll need to register for the core conference in order to access any add-on programs. However, those who sponsor a table to the awards ceremony & dinner are entitled to invite anyone to join their table, regardless of their registration status.
Are one-day passes available?
At this time, we are not selling one-day passes to the conference.
How can I get involved in conference planning?
There are two important committees that work to make this conference a success: the conference Steering Committee and the Expert Peer Review Committee. If you are interested in getting involved on one of these committees, please contact [email protected].
How can I become a speaker at the conference?
Speaker abstracts must have been submitted by 21 February 2025 for consideration. Please consider submitting an abstract to speak at a future CTBUH Conference. We typically begin accepting abstracts in December.
Can members of the media obtain a press pass?
Yes. Members of the media may request a press pass to attend free of charge. These passes are granted on a case-by-case basis. To request, please send an email to [email protected]
What is the cancellation policy?
See full payment and cancellation notes here.
If I am unable to attend the event, can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Please email [email protected] with your transfer request.
What is the dress code at these events?
There is no strict dress code at CTBUH events, but we recommend the following:
- Core Conference days: Business
- Opening Networking Reception: Business
- Awards Ceremony & Dinner: Business Formal
- Off-site Tours: Business Casual
Are there any continuing education credits offered for attending the conference?
