Discover transformative ideas for tall buildings and urban habitats

The annual CTBUH International Conference is the definitive event for creative exchange and meaningful impact in the development of tall buildings and urban spaces, convening in two of the world’s premier capital cities during one exhilarating week, with AEC innovators from across the globe.

Here, in-person discussions, workshops, presentations, and panels offer insights and thought leadership, while providing inspiration and opportunities for professional growth and the exchange of best practices.

As the recognized international authority on tall buildings, CTBUH conferences help elevate the standards in sustainable vertical urbanism and develop leaders working in all building industry sectors.

Last year’s theme, Humanizing High Density—People, Nature & the Urban Realm, advanced the fundamental premise that high-density urbanization can support healthy living, working, and civic and social engagement.

Today, the construction industry is facing a challenging dilemma: Should we build new buildings, or should we renew the existing ones? In parallel, governments and city-makers debate over the need to grow existing, or to build new, more sustainable cities. The dilemma poses further challenges: How do we make these decisions, and who should be involved?
