Nightly Rate: CAD409 + applicable taxes* (approx. US$286+) per night
Eligible Dates: Enjoy our special conference rates up to two days pre/post official conference dates – Friday, 3 October through Saturday, 11 October
Room Type: North Tower Traditional King/Double, rate is not inclusive of breakfast
Booking Deadline: Reservations must be received on or before 5:00PM local time at the hotel on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.
Deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Full refund of deposit will be given to cancellations received up to 72 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
