Lending leisure, work, and living spaces, the development consists of three skyscrapers of differing heights surrounding a public square. Emphasizing the human scale and concept of a “vertical city,” the mixed-use project balances elements of balconies, terraces, and rooftop gardens while providing natural ventilation, daylighting, a reduction in the heat-island effect and overall well-being.
