Sirius began life as a Brutalist icon, which then, through political quandary and demolition threats, became a case study for the multi-faceted value of reuse. Restoration was achieved through structural reinforcement, uplifted amenity, and expanded through Metabolist additions. Residential was reimagined through heritage preservation, environmental performance, and digital pre-fabrication.
