The presentation demonstrates possible tall buildings by volumetric simulations in the historic region of Bexiga, in São Paulo. Using parametric software, the simulations reveal volumes based on zoning rules, criticized by historical heritage groups. As an alternative, volumes are simulated based on the responsiveness of performance guidelines, proposing a specific Urban Plan for Bexiga.
