Starting from the original idea and goal of the conversion, the presentation will explore how the redesign reactivated the old shopping mall as a multifunctional office complex – the transformation of space structure and energy efficiency upgrade strengthens the entire organism, creates high-quality office landscape and lends it new importance in the urban fabric.
