Indi Sydney is a build-to-rent tower above Gadigal Metro, integrating the historic Edinburgh Castle Hotel. A six-story podium houses Metro plant; above are 30 apartment levels, with amenity spaces at the base and top. Contemporary masonry reflects heritage, while design choices prioritize livability, privacy, and solar shading in a dense urban setting.
