*Workshops are now included in the cost of the core conference ticket, however, advance registration is still required as capacities are limited. Access to a workshop is not guaranteed and we recommend you register early to ensure your place.

*Specific workshops and off-site tours are not guaranteed. VIPs will receive first access before workshops/tours are launched for general sale, but they will be assigned on a first-come basis. VIPs who register after general sale will have access to only those programs that have not already sold out. We encourage early registration to secure your preferred add-ons.
General Payment and Cancellation Notes
Payments:
- Registration payments are required to be paid in US Dollars (USD), at the listed rates, irrespective of daily exchange rate fluctuations.
- Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. Your place will not be held if a registration item sells out before payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
- A 100% refund, minus a US$100 refund fee (per attendee) will be given if written notice of cancellation is received by 08 September 2025.
- No refund will be given for cancellation after 08 September 2025 due to costs incurred by CTBUH for each attendee at that late date.
- Refunds for registering 1) at the incorrect rate, 2) prior to utilizing an eligible comp, 3) for add-on programs when keeping the core ticket, will be subject to a refund fee of 5% of the amount eligible for refund.
- VIP Ticket Bundles include the opening networking reception, awards dinner & ceremony, and morning and afternoon off-site tours. If an attendee opts out of any of these inclusions, they are not eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds will be given for those who do not attend the conference.
- If you can no longer attend the conference, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague without penalty.
